Family friendly. Those are the first words we want to come to mind at all of our communities and resorts. We have been family owned since 1978 and we take our commitment to family seriously. When we build a golf course, we design it with multiple tees so all ages can play. We’ve built miles of bicycle paths, set up dozens of kids’ camps and made it our credo to put “family” above all else. Providing a safe place for families to live and visit—without feeling constricted or boxed in—is important in the design and operation of our resorts and communities.

We know that families like to vacation and play together, so our resorts are built with amenities and activities that they can enjoy together. Bicycling, kayaking, fishing, tennis, nature hikes and golf top the list. But when it comes to kids and families enjoying their time together, we don’t stop at the big activities. In fact, at Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort we offer more activities than any beach resort in the Southeast. It’s no surprise then that Palmetto Dunes was recently ranked the #1 Family Resort in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine.
