The company’s first major development acquisition in 1979, Palmetto Dunes has become Hilton Head Island's most complete resort and residential community and one of the world's premier family vacation destinations. The 2,000-acre oceanfront property with three miles of oceanfront and a 11-mile lagoon system features three championship golf courses, an award-winning tennis center, two oceanfront hotels, an array of sophisticated shops and restaurants, and a full spectrum of homes and villas that cater to both the resort visitor and the permanent resident. In 2007, Palmetto Dunes launched a vacation rental program to provide a complete resort experience to our guests.
