| Requirements | Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests that enter the retail store• Provide guest support in regards to directions, charters and general resort information• Responsible to maintain neat and orderly merchandise in the retail store• Support the Store Manager ringing up purchases, reserving charters and maintaining overall presentation of the Ship’s Store• Assist all incoming boats in partnership with the direction from the Dockmaster as needed by the guest•Support the Harbourmaster in daily maintenance of the docks and dock area as needed• Assist the Store Manager in all areas of his responsibility• In addition to fulfilling these primary responsibilities, the Retail/Dock worker will also be expected to function in all other areas of operations., i.e., dock and charter operations REQUIREMENTS• High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must demonstrate strong customer service skills • Ability to positively communicate both with coworkers and guests • Experience with retail sales, fishing and boating is desirable• Computer knowledge helpful |
