| Requirements | Essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: • Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables and other items required for line and special function purposes. • Carefully follow standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all times. • Use food preparation equipment according to manufacturer’s instructions. • Clean work station. • Return unused food products to proper storage areas. • Assist with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed. • Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices. • Return soiled food preparation utensils and other smallware items to the proper areas. REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace |
